Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means Universal Life Energy. Reiki is an ancient and simple hands-on method to help heal the body, mind and spirit.   $75.00/75 min

PRIVATE SESSIONS:

Private yoga sessions are available for individuals, couples, and small groups. They are excellent for deepening your practice, receiving individual input and for establishing a home program.
