“COUPLES WORKSHOP”
with Janine and Bob Marra

2:30pm-5:00pm
Cost: $45.00 per couple

 Intimate relationships have the potential to be a source of our greatest connection and growth yet often result in feelings of struggle and frustration.  Come and experience unique ways of relating and being present with yourself and your partner.  This workshop will include basic breathing, meditation and yoga as well as simple partner exercises designed to deepen your bond and trust.   Beginners welcome. 


"SPRING EQUINOX CELEBRATION"

The Spring Equinox is a time when day and night are equal in length, when plants begin to burst forth from the earth, when leaves appear on trees, when the earth around us begins to thaw and become warmer.  Spring is a time to celebrate rebirth, renewal and joy!  Because this is a time of balance between dark and light, it is also a time to examine all kinds of balance in our lives.

We will take our regular classes and devote our practice to honoring the Spring Equinox through specifically designed movement, meditation, and ritual.

We live in a busy world with an increasing amount of stimulation, demand and distraction.  This can easily overload our nervous system making us feel anxious, stressed or depressed.  Why not take a half day to remove yourself from the usual routine?  This is an opportunity to be quiet, reflective and contemplative – nurturing your spirit and inner life through meditation and creative mindfulness activities.  Please bring a meditation cushion if you have one.


 
"SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION"

Come celebrate the summer solstice, the time of year when the sun reaches its peak and the earth is abundant with life!  All around us nature is manifesting its intent – the plants are bearing fruit, the grass is high and green, the waters warm and full of life, the sky full of songbirds. 

We will take our regular classes and devote our practice to honoring Nature through specifically designed movement, meditation, and ritual.  Weather permitting, we will spend some time outdoors to pay tribute to the light, so please dress in layers.
